About the wine

The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Schiopetto conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Vinification
Separate vinification of grapes. Fermentation in wooden barrels lasts 10-12 days at 25°C. Ageing: 18 months in barriques and 500 liter oak barrels.
