About the wine
On the nose, a fine spice, aromas of blackberries and plums and elegant wood. A very aromatic, rich and impressive wine with a beautiful melting and a rich finish.

Vinification
Some hand-picked grapes are dried for one month, then fermented on the mash for 20 days and aged in American oak barriques for 15 months.
