Tasting note
Golden yellow in color, the nose smells of citrus fruits, sweet spices and floral notes. Enveloping in the mouth and pleasant in the aftertaste. Wonderful orange wine from Solaris grown in a pergola.
Vinification
Fermentation on the skins for 5-7 days with autochthonous yeasts, then quenching and completion of fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Also aged in stainless steel tanks.
