Tasting note
Dark ruby red wine with pleasant notes of red ripe fruit and tobacco, the taste is dry, soft and offers elegant spicy notes, long-lasting. Honored as the best Merlot International at this year's Mondial du Merlot in Valais.

Vinification
Drying the grapes for 20 days. Then gentle grape pressing and controlled maceration at 22°C. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and in the bottle for 3 months.
