Tasting note
Bright purple, spicy and herbaceous aromas on the nose which strengthen beautifully with the first sip on the palate, fresh berry fruit, soft texture and clean aftertaste.

Vinification
Maceration of 15 days, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. 14 months barrique aging, 6 months in bottle aging.
