Dark golden yellow. A multi-faceted, intense bouquet with notes of dried apricots, figs and almond notes. Extremely intense on the palate, the sweetness is underpinned by a fine acidity, so that El Aziz maintains a pleasant “drinkability”. The finale is persistent and harmonious.
