Tasting note
Light golden yellow with sparkling reflections. Intense nose with aromas of ripe fruit, raisins, orange peel, slightly peppery. Full, smooth, creamy on the palate with concentrated aromas. The elegant acidity gives this Gewürztraminer harvested in late autumn a wonderful harmony. Long-lasting, explosively fruity and spicy on the aftertaste. You bring the sweet wine, your friends the right cheese platter — don't forget Stilton!

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed as whole grapes. The must is then aged on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks for nine months to promote the aromatic complexity and structure of the wine. The wine is classified as sweet in accordance with EU directives.
