Tasting note
Deep purple Aromatic on the nose, with notes of ripe red and black fruits, licorice and Mediterranean spices. Fresh on the palate, with a nice structure and well-integrated tannins. Mineral aromas with notes of spices.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled beef, lamb or game dishes such as deer or venison. It also goes great with hearty stews and aged cheeses such as Comté or Gruyère.
Vinification
Aging for 12 months in a traditional concrete tub and partly in wooden barrels.
