Tasting note
Pale yellow with slight green reflections. Notes of wild flowers, white flowers and subtle peach aromas. Racy, spicy start, harmonious body with well-integrated acidity and a mineral finish.
Vinification
By pressing whole grapes, the grapes are treated very gently and then aged on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
