Tasting note
Bright yellow Complex bouquet with aromas of passion fruit, apricots, peaches, citrus and subtle spiciness. Soft start on the palate, rich, fruity body with well-integrated acidity. Long-lasting, aroma-intensive aftertaste.
Vinification
Cold maceration aged for 12 hours and for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast using batonnage, which gives the wine more melting.
