Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Intense bouquet of cassis, gooseberries, elderflowers and nettles. Crunchy on the palate, voluminous with juicy acidity and balanced structure. Very intense, aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with asparagus dishes, fish and seafood, goat cheese or summer salads.
Vinification
Cold maceration aged for 12 hours and for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast using batonnage, which gives the wine more melting.
