Tasting note
Bright yellow in the glass. Distinctive aromas of roses, nutmeg and citrus fruits. Fresh, racy start, balanced body with intense palate aromas and well-integrated acidity. Fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light summer dishes such as Asian cuisine, exotic fruits, sushi or even as an aperitif. It also goes great with tender cheese or salads.
Vinification
Cold maceration aged on fine yeast for 12 hours and for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
