Tasting note
Bright yellow Delicate notes of hay flowers and citrus on the nose. Lively, soft start, fresh middle section with elegant acidity and beautiful melting. The aftertaste is long-lasting with a mineral note.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, vegetables.
Vinification
By pressing whole grapes, the grapes are treated very gently and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on the fine yeast using batonnage, which gives the wine more melting.
