About the wine
With the provocative red wine 2015 — Varietal Malbec Mendoza, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Argentinian winery Alpasión has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and sunny landscape of Mendoza. Tasting note
Color: Crimson Robe Aroma: Intense bouquet of dark berries and black cherries with a hint of licorice. Character: Complex on the palate. Pleasant structure, elegant and balanced with a pleasurable finish.

Tapas, grilled meats, pasta dishes and red meat.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Partial barrique ageing - 12% is aged for 10 months in French oak barriques.
