Tasting note
It is presented in a clear, bright yellow with green reflections. On the nose, it develops fresh aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and a touch of herbs that are reminiscent of the Mediterranean landscape. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a fine minerality and well-integrated acidity. The fruity note is retained for a long time, giving this white wine an elegant and refreshing structure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with vegetable rice and fish dishes.
Vinification
Aging on lees for 6 months, part in French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel.
