About the wine

Sassella, a pure Nebbiolo, is an allusion to the traditional Valtellina dry stone walls. On the nose, aromas of cranberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, plums, black truffles and spices. Complex on the palate, with fine tannin, with notes of red berries, cherries, dried plums, some vanilla, slightly earthy and light tobacco. It goes very well with stews.
