Tasting note
The Valpolicella Ripasso Grotta del Ninfeo is an intense ruby red. On the nose, there are fine notes of ripe red fruits and a touch of coffee. On the palate, it looks like a “tailor-made silk dress” — elegant and sophisticated, with soft, fine tannins and an exceptionally long, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes great with cooked meat, rabbit, red meat and cheese.
