About the wine

Die würzigen Aromen des Valpolicella Superiore DOC von schwarzem Pfeffer, Gewürzen und Tabak drücken viel Komplexität mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Danach zeigen die fruchtigen Nuancen von roter Pflaume, Erdbeere und Feige ihren eigenen Charakter. Kräftiger Körper und hervorstechende Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher kräftig mit dominanten Gerbstoffen im Mund jede Menge Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Goes well with vegetable casserole, hot or cold poultry, potato gratin, and ribs.
