Tasting note
Young, appealing wine, with good structure and aromatic complexity. Ruby red, fresh scent with notes of cherries and amarenes. The taste is velvety and round.
Culinary recommendation
Highly recommended for all dishes, from primo piatto and risotto to meat dishes, vegetable gratins, pizza. A good, pleasant companion for every day.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the juice stays on the grape skins for 12 days. Subsequent aging for 6 months in cement tanks, then 6 months in barrels of 50 hl. Aging in bottle for 3 months before sale.
