About the wine
Tommasi is a highly respected producer with a wide range of classic specialities from the Lake Garda region. The winery is a member of the “Amarone Families” quality association and also has the title Winery of the Year by Wine & Spirits magazine in the trophy list. The Campo Rafael vineyard is an old property of the Tommasi family, positioned on a hillside in a beautiful landscape. The wine is aged in large oak barrels for 18 months and is a harmonious, centered wine that goes perfectly with natural Italian cuisine. Its color is bright ruby red, the aroma shows fresh fruit and slightly peppery spice.

Die hervorstechenden Aromen des Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Vigneto Del Campo Rafael von schwarzem Pfeffer und Vanille drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz individuellen Struktur aus. Als Nächstes zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von Himbeere und grüner Paprika ihren eigenen Charakter. Mit verhalten angenehm ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine einwandfreie Struktur.
