About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Marco Secondo conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. This dominant Corvina 2009 — Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Ripasso crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Corvina with hearty meat dishes or recent types of cheese.

Tasting note
A full-bodied wine that combines strength and elegance. Ruby red with a tendency towards garnet red. Intense, fruity scent with spicy notes and vanilla notes.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to all dishes, from Primi Piatti to risotto, pizza to meat and vegetable gratins.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and the subsequent maceration takes place on the grape skins for two weeks. The Valpolicella must is then placed on the Amarone grape skins for 10 days. The wine ages in 50 hl barrels for 12 months, then aged in 7 hl barrels for six months in the bottle before sale.
