Tasting note
Fresh and berry on the nose, with delicious ripe aromas of cherry jam, prunes and sweet-spicy notes. On the palate, soft, flowing sauce with lots of red berries, but also ripe plums, complemented by a subtle fresh note, persisting aromatically until the elegantly spicy finale.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with barbecues, pizza and pasta.
