Tasting note
Ruby red color with garnet and purple reflections. Fresh aroma of ripe cherries and blackberries, greater aromatic complexity due to notes of sage and coffee. The taste is dry and persistent, the acidity gives the wine elegance and diversity.
Culinary recommendation
Cold cuts, stews and medium-aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September and aged in barriques for 14 months after careful processing.
