About the wine
The success story of Rocche dei Manzoni begins in 1974, when Valentino and Jolanda Migliorini left their Michelin-starred restaurant and purchased an 8th century farm in Monforte d'Alba in a prime location. With a lot of passion and “lavoro da certosino”, intensive work, they turned it into a model product whose reputation has become an integral part of the wine world. Their philosophy is the perfect combination of tradition and innovation. Rocche dei Manzoni today produces a range of high-quality wines, sparkling and dessert wines as well as grappes in five locations, which are famous far and wide.

Tasting note
The spumante is dressed in a straw-yellow robe with greenish reflections and has a sturdy mousseaux with persistent perlage. A distinctive, intense flower with typical yeast notes.
