About the wine
With the first-class Valdaya El Valiente wooden box, which was produced in 2018, you will definitely have a lot of fun. Picturesque and beautiful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Valdaya conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Brilliant purple The bouquet is fruity and floral. On the palate, the wine is velvety, with a fine-grained, round tannin structure. El Valiente is fresh and very elegant. An ideal food companion that makes you want more.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, risotto, legumes
Vinification
Harvesting by hand with careful selection in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Care is taken to gently extract tannins. The wine is aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
