Tasting note
Pale lemon yellow with golden reflections. Seductively fruity on the nose, it smells of white peach and red apple. The palate has a nice minerality and juiciness with a distinct apricot note. Very nicely balanced with lots of enamel.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried sea fish, vegetable risotto or an aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented on the mash. The aging takes place in steel tanks on fine yeast.
