Tasting note
Concentrated ruby red. Intense bouquet, scented of fully ripe plums, dark berries, raisins and cocoa. Mouth-filling finish with lots of melting, the alcohol content is perfectly integrated into the fruit aromas. Powerful body with silky tannins. Seemingly endless finale, which delights with every sip.

Perfect for a feast with game — or for good conversations afterwards.
Vinification
The grapes are dried and only gently pressed in January and fermented on the mash. Traditionally, the wine is then aged for four to five years in cherry wood barrels of 6 to 20 hl and then in the bottle for at least six months.
