Tasting note
Utopia Rosso is a wine of exceptional structure, made from Montepulciano grapes. The grapes grow on ideal soil at 300 ho? m meters with medium plant density. The wine matures for 18 months, partly in barriques and partly in cement fa? ssern. After a further 6 months in the bottle, the wine is sold.
