About the wine
What Markus Schneider has achieved over the last 22 years is hard to believe. In 1994, he started from scratch, so to speak. And today, 22 years later, he and his team are working on 92 ha, now also in the newly built winery building for about a year now. He is referred to by the German trade press as The Phenomenon and The Favourite of the Young Scene.

Tasting note
The origin is deep and inviting in the nose with lots of drunkler berry fruit and spice. Hearty and fruity on the palate with soothing texture, nice density and smooth texture. It ends on fruity and spicy notes.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for red meat, pizza with mushrooms and Gruyère burgers.
Vinification
Hand picked, gentle pressing under low pressure, then aging in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.
