Tasting note
Delicious fruit, fine spice, brilliant minerality, complex yet playful with delicate components of elderberry and broom blossom. On the palate, wonderfully juicy, tasty and creamy body with lots of soft melt and ripe fruit in abundance, the little residual sugar gives the wine a perfect balance.
