About the wine

The Stagård Lesehof is located at the foot of the Wachau, in the Kremstal wine-growing region and is run with great commitment as a quality-oriented family business whose winemaking tradition dates back to the 17th century! The company has had the Swedish name for around 30 years, thanks to the marriage of mother Elisabeth and father Kenneth. Today, son Urban and life partner Dominique cultivate approx. 10 ha of vineyards. At the beginning of 2005, the farm was converted to organic viticulture! Ecologically sustainable ways of thinking and doing business enable the production of living products, and the absence of chemical agents protects nature in the long term.
