Tasting note
Ruby red color. Broad bouquet with aromas of ripe fruit such as plums and cherry jam complemented by spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied, delicate and balanced with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Red meat, grilled meats and game, but also very good with pasta dishes and fresh cheese.
Vinification
9 months in French and American oak barrels.
