Umberto Vermouth Rosso Superiore Domenico Ulrich - Marolo

Full, lively, rich, Umberto wormwood is characterized by its bitter notes of cinchona bark and hyssop. After extraction of the essences, the tinctures remain in wooden barrels for 6 months to mature. This not only intensifies the color, but also gives it its balsamic and round body. A beautiful meditation wormwood that is particularly suitable for the end of a dinner. The Marolo distillery has restored the original recipe from 1854, which was developed by Dr. Domenico Ulrich, a pharmacist and botanist. Only local botanicals and wine from Piedmont are used.
