Vinification
This pure Sangiovese comes from the “Viticciana” vineyard. This vineyard was designed and planted by Ugo Contini Bonacossi. It is characterized by the fact that the rows are interrupted by two opposing “giropoggio” paths, which drain rainwater and prevent the erosion of the valuable soil. The rows of vines are decorated with rose plants, which he selected and watered lovingly in summer.
