Tasting note
Bright, bright yellow with fine, persistent pearls. The nose is dominated by aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a harmonious balance between fruit and acidity. The aftertaste is light and refreshing, with a hint of lime.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, salads, sushi or light desserts such as lemon tart.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to maintain their freshness. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The addition of carbon dioxide gives the wine its fine pearls, which provide vivacity and freshness.
