If you talk about the Hondarrabi Zuri grape variety, you will probably get rather surprised looks, but if you bring into play the name of the region Txomin Etxaniz in the Spanish Basque Country, this is familiar to many. It is the region's classic white wine as an aperitif or a plate of cheese and ham. Already in the nose you have a great and incredibly fresh aroma of lime and green apples. In the mouth, a great mix of light creaminess with great acidity and good freshness.
