Tasting note
Sparkling pale yellow. The white TWIN is very floral, fresh, fruity with a hint of citrus. A wine that is fun. It consists of 100% Colombard — a natural cross between Gouais blanc and Chenin blanc.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with aperitif platters, pizza, grilled vegetables or simply as a snack after work. It also goes great with tapas and uncomplicated pasta dishes.
