Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden yellow reflections, crystal clear, consistent. Intense and complex on the nose with exotic scents of melon, yellow peach and citrus fruits, a slight mineral note and a slight scent of quince. Dry, warm and soft enough, fresh and juicy. Very good balance, persistent with a pleasant citrus aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, light pasta dishes, freshwater fish, white meat and medium-aged cheese. It goes very well with rice paella from the Maggia Valley with chicken or rabbit.
