About the product
Distilled in the heart of Zurich, Turicum Wood Barreled Gin matures for several weeks on selected woods of cedar, sandalwood and oak. This special aging gives London Dry Gin not only its characteristic amber color, but also an exceptional depth with fine notes of vanilla and cocoa.

Tasting note
Amber in the glass. On the nose, juniper, accompanied by fine wood notes of cedar, sandalwood and oak as well as a touch of vanilla and cocoa. Balanced and soft on the palate with spicy depth and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with smoked fish, fine charcuterie specialities or aged hard cheese. This gin also develops its warm woody and spicy notes particularly beautifully with dark chocolate or desserts with cocoa and vanilla.
