About the wine

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow with golden yellow reflections; complex on the nose with notes of citrus peel, bitter almonds, orange blossoms and ripe yellow fruit. Very elegant on the palate, aromas of ripe exotic fruits, citrus and fine herbs. The finale is wonderfully long and complex.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried fish, salads with poultry or simply as a refreshing aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. This is followed by vinification and further aging in stainless steel tanks.
