Tasting note
Intense ruby red. It offers fruity notes of sour cherries, wild strawberries and currants. The taste is warm, dense and soft, accompanied by well-rounded tannins. The aftertaste is persistent with notes of black cherry.
Culinary recommendation
This warm and enveloping wine can be enjoyed with all types of cheese and meat.
Vinification
After careful sorting of the grapes, they are destemmed and macerated. The entire fermentation cycle takes 25-30 days, at the end of which malolactic fermentation begins and the phenolic components become softer and more stable, which is decisive for the quality of the wine produced.
