Tasting note
Plum cake and cinnamon cherries on the multi-layered nose, including cranberries, dark raspberries and fine cedar spices. Full palate with a succulent flow. Soft tempranillo tannins and ripe cherries in the fruity middle, now also bacon plums and red wine figs right up to the very end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as house pastes or venison terrines, dark mushroom sauces, stews, dark poultry such as duck or guinea fowl, steak options, grilled meat and semi-hard and hard cheeses such as sbrinz or mountain cheese.
