Tasting note
The Garnacha vines are up to 95 years old and come from a single vineyard covering 1.5 hectares. Captivating bouquet, dark cherries, figs, lavender, tobacco, cinnamon and a great minerality. Delicate, pointed on the palate, the finest tannins and with a delicate melting. A meditation wine for finesse connoisseurs.

Goes well with lamb, mushroom dishes, game, steak.
Vinification
Aged for 11 months in French wooden barrels.
