Tasting note
Made from over 70-year-old white Garnacha vines. Very limited edition available. Wonderful, precise bouquet, almonds, nougat, peach, fresh pears and floral and mineral notes. The palate is creamy, compact and wonderfully straight, fresh and precise. A great Burgundian white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with shellfish, crustaceans, grilled fish, terrines, poultry.
Vinification
Aged for 8 months in French wooden barrels.
