About the wine
Strong, elegant and complex: dark berries, vanilla, tobacco and forest soil. Round and full on the palate with ripe fruit, fine tannins and a long aftertaste — an expressive red wine with depth and character.
Tasting note
The glass is deep ruby-mulberry red and smells of vanilla, black berries, forest soil and fine tobacco notes. Full and round on the palate, with soft tannins, ripe fruit, nice balance and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with hearty dishes such as braised lamb, beef tenderloin or game ragout. Aromatic mushroom dishes, truffle pasta or aged cheeses such as Comté or Pecorino also harmonize wonderfully.
