About the wine
We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2010 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio al Sole masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile Tuscan countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is very good to serve with red meat or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Dense purple, fresh notes of plum and subtle blackcurrants in the background, compact on the palate, with refreshing, slightly peppery fruit and fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as a wine after work, but also goes well (slightly cool) with all kinds of pasta dishes, antipasti and other everyday dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripe, fermented on the mash within approx. 10 days and then aged in stainless steel tanks.
