Tasting note
Clean fruit aroma meets animating acidity — that's how you could describe this wine. The scent is dominated by a mineral slate note and strong aromas of ripe stone fruits. On the palate, the acidity is perfectly balanced by the residual sweetness and supported by wonderful finesse. Pure Riesling at a very reasonable price.

The grapes for this Riesling grow at various locations at the Trittenheimer Apotheke. Often, roping is necessary during work steps in the vineyard due to the steepness. Of course, the reading is done by hand. The wine is vinified and aged with natural yeast in steel tanks.
