About the wine

Tasting note
On the nose, this Nero d'Avola smells of sour cherries and dark berries. This is accompanied by spicy nuances. Strong on the palate, with soft tannins and subtle barrique notes. Long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled and stewed dishes as well as mature hard cheese.
Vinification
The grapes for Triskelè come from around 30-year-old vines that grow on limestone.
