About the wine
Conde de Hervías is a project by the couple Iñigo Manso de Zuñiga and Yolanda Garcia Viadero (Bodegas Valduero). The Iñigo family owns a prestigious plot of land in Torremontalbo (Rioja Alta), some of which are over 100 years old. These were planted by Iñigo's great-grandfather before the phylloxera invasion and consist of old local and mostly rooted Tempranillo clones. From this, they select the best grapes to press three exceptional but classic Riojas.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red Classic Tempranillo aromas of black and red wild berries, dried plums and spicy notes from oak aging. Strong but not heavy on the palate, with fine tannins and a wonderful freshness. A very balanced and elegant wine.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Enjoy this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed within this period: 2 - 5 years after harvest. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Trinidad del Conde de Hervias goes perfectly with polenta, pizza and lasagna.
