Tasting note
A fresh, aromatic white wine with lively notes of citrus, green apple and a slight mineral nuance. Well-balanced on the palate, with a pleasant acidity and a refreshing, long-lasting finish.

Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel barrels to preserve their freshness and fruitiness. After fermentation, the wine ages on the fine yeasts, which gives it a fine texture and additional complexity.
